I am raising money for a very worthy cause, Tynedale Hospice at Home. They offer a fantastic service to those with a life-limiting illness, who wish to be cared for in the comfort of their own homes, at one of the most difficult times of life.

I had decided not to run GNR at the start of the summer after my training wasn't going as planned but I have changed my mind and set myself the target of finishing at least! Dan has also kindly offered to step into the breach so worst case scenario, if I don't run it he will!! 

Any positive thoughts to get to the end in one piece will also be gladly received!! :-)
