Hello my name is Sophie and I am 9 yrs old. 

I want to shave my hair off so children with cancer can have a better future and to help them feel confident through their illness. I will be donating my hair to make a wig for a child. 

I have talked about doing this for a long time, I am nervous but I will be brave to help others.

When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity.
