Story
Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. This year has proven particularly difficult and so it’s more important than ever to look after our mental health, as well as each other. During lockdown Mind has experienced their largest increase in calls to date, so we have decided to use this challenge to raise money and awareness for Mind charity. We believe that keeping active plays a huge role in maintaining people’s mental health and wellbeing.
We have have been training in and out over the past year but since the beginning of Jan we have completed 145 miles and will continue to run 6 days a week up to the event! Follow the event on my instagram @sophiemabelstephens @gerarddalton15
Thank you for all donations and support ♥️
MIND
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.
We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We'll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.
We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
