On Sunday the 7th of August I will be running in the York 10k and supporting candlelighters in memory of my cousin Harry Flatt.

Harry was an incredibly cheeky, inspirational, and brave little boy who fought cancer until it cruely took his life on the 2nd of August 2017. Harry was 5 years old.

In honour of Harry's memory, I will be aiming to raise as much awareness and money as I can to help this incredible charity.

Candlelighters understand the complexities and impacts of a childhood cancer diagnosis, and they work hard to help ordinary families just like Harrys and his amazing parents and siblings through most heartbreaking circumstances.

No child or family should ever face the pain or heartbreak that cancer brings so please dig deep and help me to fundraise as much as I can to help the families across Yorkshire who are affected by childhood cancer.
