We will be climbing the biggest mountain in the  United Kingdom known as the venomous one in July 2021.This will not be a easy one for me due to my own lungs not being any good  and no longer in the fitness industry. A big challenge for us both but with him supporting me and me supporting him let’s hope we can get to the top.

Sadly We lost my dad to COPD and it was not nice as a family to see the quality of life , from a very proud man slowly disappear..
