Our decision to run the Stratford (Shakespeare) Half Marathon started off as personal goals to lose weight and get healthy.  But as training progressed and we realised how hard it was, (especially when Sophie got attacked by a dog) we thought that if we could raise money for a good cause like Macmillan at the same time, it would be a Brucey bonus!
