A big thank you for taking the time to visit my page. 

On April 28^th 2019, I have decided to join the forty odd thousand people in running the London Marathon, a challenge which I have always wanted to complete by the time I'm 30. With not long to go now, this is the year to push myself both mentally and physically. May the training begin…!

The charity I have chosen to run for is WeSeeHope. WeSeeHope help to enable orphaned and vulnerable children in Southern and Eastern Africa to determine their own futures. As many of you know, I am a primary school teacher and am therefore passionate about supporting young children. This is why I have chosen to run it for such an amazing cause. WeSeeHope work with 19 local project partners in 185 communities to restore, protect, educate and equip these children sustainably. The charity knows that, given the opportunity, these children and young people have the potential to transform their own lives and create a better future for themselves, their communities and Africa.

Any donation, no matter how small, will be hugely appreciated.
