It was a sunny day in York when Alex and I started our list of 30 things to do before we were 30!

On a drizzly day in Whitley Bay as I very slowly pound the promenade its starting to feel like do the Great North Run wasn't such a good idea!

But the RNLI are out in all weathers saving lives! Its a fantastic cause so please please pretty please sponsor me!!!

GREAT NORTH RUN UPDATE!

I can now run half the way!!! EEK! not long to go though so training needs to go up a notch!! Our running numbers arrived today! woop woop!!!
