Story

3 Day Trek

Including

Between 15 - 20 Hours of Trekking - 5  -7hrs per day in Thailands 30 degree weather

Incl. Jungle trek, around and over a Mountain, plus 2 Nights - 1 Night in a Jungle Camp + 1 Night in a Hill Top Village + other activities such as cutting through Bamboo Forests, survival requirements and exploring the Jungle past Dark.

Mental illness affects 1 in 4 people in England. I’m doing this Trekk to help raise money for a foundation which has helped me personally and also family members and friends. Trekking 3 days incl. 2 nights overnight in the Jungle will be a life-changing experience, as-well-as helping to raise awareness and money for the charity Mind UK in the Hull and East riding area which are there to help!

I am funding this trip myself, and hope to raise as much money as possible.

Mental Health is a major issue yet most people rarely talk about it. Some people are ashamed, scared or upset about talking about their own or close family members mental health.

Mental Health does not only affect one person it affects every person surrounding and supporting someone with Mental Health symptoms. Mind Uk and the Mental Health Foundation help everyone which can be affected.

Mind UK relies on local people to support us to raise money to carry out our work.

Please help me raise enough money to save another life.

Thank you for your support.
