So this is the third year I'm taking on a challenge for charity. This time - Yorkshire Three Peaks. 

26 miles. No break. Predicted for hot weather. Grim. 

But it's for a fantastic cause. Stroke affects us all, but through the work of the Stroke Association, we can raise awareness of risk factors and start to conquer stroke together.
