Tom is taking on the Dragon Duathlon in June 2021. Leaving Swansea at 5am on 26th June, he will cycle the length of Wales coast to coast, running over the Welsh 3 peaks of Pen y Fan, Cader Idris and Snowdon on the way.  This is a total of 284km (253km bike and 31km foot).  Non stop, with a 24 hour time limit.  

This is certainly a tough challenge - especially for someone who is definitely not a natural runner! 

The Grand Appeal is a charity that supported Pippa and her whole family at the toughest of times, and we very much want to do what we can to support this fantastic charity so that more families can benefit from this incredible support.
