I am supporting Dementia UK in memory of my Grandma and in honour of my family who cared for her. Specialist support can make a difference to the whole family and more people should have access to this when they need it. While dementia may eventually take everything from the sufferer, we will never forget who Grandma was and the impact she had on all those she cared for.
