We very sadly lost my lovely mum-in-law to Covid in May 2020 and we wish to raise as much money as we can in her memory and do something amazing that she would be so proud of us for. The last year has highlighted just how amazing our NHS is. The incredible staff at the RUH have been working tirelessly every day to support patients, families, and each other throughout one of the most challenging times in the history. They have never stopped going the extra mile for us, and now its our turn. Your donations will help The Forever Friends Appeal continue to support staff beyond the crisis and transform patient care, and in particular, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, which is where we have requested our monies raised to go to. If it wasn’t for the amazing doctors and nurses and the life saving equipment in the ward, we wouldn’t have our 9yr old son, Louie, here with us today.
