Hi my husband Steve also received the same diagnosis as Steve Prescott himself - the two of them had PMP at the same time over the years - My Steve has since gone on to receive the life saving multi organ transplant the same one that Steve Prescott himself had. The support I have personally received from SPF will stay with me for life. It’s still very up and down but the journey has been made so much more bearable due to the support we have received.  I want to give something back for someone else to be able to receive some kindness ❤️
