Story
Trekstock delivers practical and social support programmes to young people with cancer. They tackle social isolation, improve quality of life and provide young adults with the tools they need to get moving again after cancer puts their life on hold.
When I went to my first oncology appointment I asked if I would be able to run a half marathon during my chemo. I was getting a bit ahead of myself to say the least. So I've compromised and I have decided to get my mates together and do this walk to help raise money for this amazing charity. Being a young person with cancer this charity has helped me see the light in a very gloomy tunnel and I passionately want to give something back.
