Songs for Peace brings together artists from Canada, USA, United Kingdom and Pakistan for a common purpose. From pop, hip-hop, fusion to a capella, jazz and instrumental, Songs of Peace is a diverse collection of music and lyrics converging to tell stories of love, hope, unity, courage and of the beauty of the human spirit. Your support of this initiative will directly benefit the relief of global poverty. This year, every penny raised will help families in Pakistan affected by the devastating floods of 2010 to rebuild their homes.

Partnership Walk & Run took place on Sunday 10th July 2011 in Hyde Park, London. The Partnership Walk & Run is a fundraising initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation (United Kingdom). It has been organised by AKF’s national network of volunteers as part of the global Partnerships in Action initiative. AKF is part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKDN works in over 25 countries across the globe to develop sustainable solutions to long-term problems of poverty, hunger, illiteracy and poor health.
