So by now you may know my story if not, in 2017 I tried to take my own life, an with one phone call to calm who saved my life started my journey to break down my own depression and anxiety. Though the time I have run many events and pushed my mind and body to limits I never thought possible. What became of this was a new found strength to want to help people something I know is key, its not the case of giving them professional support but a ear to listen and the showing that #someonecares can make all the different to them. This is why I now push my mind and body to this new challenge and invite you to come join me. On the 25th of July at 3pm I will be setting off from Dark Lane in Bognor Regis and heading to the millennium Eye in London walking straight for 24 hours. Over all its about 65mile or 100km. So my invite to you is come help me raise money and awareness of CALM talk laugh and get involved even for just a mile or what ever you want to do share this page and help me save another life.
