Our challenge takes us from the exciting worlds of bond deals and global transaction banking and the sanctuary of our desks in Canary Wharf to Norway's Jotunheim National Park, hiking 54km through an amazing landscape of inland fjords and mountains. This trek will take us from the shores of Lake Bygdin to the wild outpost of Gjendebu, up steep-sided valleys to the plateau of Memurutunga, and along narrow ascending walkways overlooking glacial blue lakes to the famous Besseggen ridge, which stands at 1750m above sea level. Claire hates being cold, Rachel hates exercise and Jane thinks she’s over the hill, however we're hoping that armed with plenty of layers, a stash of blister plasters, a lot of chocolate and a shared stubborn determination, we'll make it!
