I am Sofia and I have just turned 7 years old.  I heard about the war and it made me feel very sad for the people in Ukraine.  I wanted to help and because I love to ride my bike, I am going to try and cycle 10 miles.  I would like to raise money for Ukraine. Please help me to do this.  My parents have kindly agreed to match donations up to £250.

I will be cycling from my house in Shoreham Beach, all the way to Bramber Castle along the River Adur and back again on Saturday 26th March.
