Hi all, 

As I’ve said before, this charity is very close to my heart. I have been a volunteer for them for about 5 ish years now. I love what I do and love working with our families. 

I want this money to help our families and make us go  worldwide in what we do! ( small steps ) 

I know ,most of you already know, that I suffer from psoriatic arthritis so doing this with my condition is a challenge in itself!
