Story
After getting back on track with my fitness journey, I have decided to take things beyond the daily exercise routines, setting myself a couple of personal challenges for 2022 and raising money for causes that are close to home - cancer and heart issues.
I will be taking part in:
1. Brighton to Eastbourne 26 mile hike - Macmillan Cancer Support.
2. London to Brighton 61 mile off road bike ride - British Heart Foundation.
