A major earthquake of magnitude 7.8 struck central Türkiye and northwest Syria and Lebanon at 4am on the 7/02. Thousands have been killed and many more injured in collapsed residential buildings. Islamic Relief teams are responding on the ground now.

Story

I will be climbing Snowdon this Saturday inshAllah to raise emergency funds for the people of Türkiye and Syria, following the recent devastating earthquakes.

The 7.8 magnitude earthquake which devastated Türkiye and was felt in Syria and Lebanon has resulted in more than 44,000 people who have lost their lives in south-eastern Turkey and northern Syria as of Sunday 19th February 2023.

£50 can provide vital medical supplies to hospitals in Turkey. £80 can provide an emergency cash grant for a family to purchase essentials.  £168 can provide two families with shelter in an emergency. Please donate generously and may Allah reward you all for your efforts.
