We are a group of 6 nurses who work on the in-patient unit at The Mary Stevens Hospice providing palliative care to those in need.

Anna, Helen, Linda, Jap, Rachelle and Sue are the team of nurses who are going to walk up Snowdon in October 2021. They are taking on this challenge to raise much needed funds for the Hospice as it celebrates its 30th anniversary year. Money raised will help with funding towards projects such as installation of air-conditioning units in patient's rooms and replacing garden furniture.

The team all have various levels of fitness so the walk will be a challenge to the members. Training walks are in progress even after 12 hour night shifts to help them achieve their goal. They are determined to complete this challenge having been thwarted by Covid in May for their first attempt. The team, driven by their supportive colleagues will be putting their best feet forward!
