Our Snowdon Sunrise Trek is our toughest challenge in the Sunrise series, asking participants to trek from the bottom of the mountain at night to reach the summit at sunrise.

Story

We are taking part in the Snowdon Sunrise Trek for Shooting Star Children's Hospices with our friends at Scitech Engineering Ltd. It is SSCH's toughest challenge in their Sunrise series, asking participants to trek from the bottom of the mountain at night to reach the summit at sunrise. This challenge will be a mental and physical test, but we are proud to be scaling Snowdon, whilst raising money to support the families that Shooting Star Children's Hospices care for. Shooting Star Children's Hospices are hoping to raise £20,000 from the Sunrise Trek.

Scitech has supported SSCH since 2009 as their charity of choice.

Shooting Star Children's Hospices cares for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families across Surrey and London.  Whether lives are measured in days, weeks, months or years, SSCH aim to make every moment count.  SSCH support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.
