I asked my friend who is a senior nurse on a Covid-19 ward what the most practical thing I could encourage people to do was to help her in her day to day job.  She said that they really need toiletries like shower gel and shampoo for patients as the ban on visitors means these things are not getting through.  So I found a charity that was doing just that here in Cardiff!
