Story
THANK YOU for visiting this page!
Jamie is a 6 year old boy from York who is fighting Neuroblastoma - a very aggressive form of cancer.
Jamie is currently having NHS treatment but there is no relapse protocol in the UK. Without further treatment, Jamie cannot beat this horrible childrens cancer. This appeal aims to raise the necessary funds for Jamie to receive potentially life saving treatment in Germany. Jamie's treatment will cost £250000!
Jamie is in Madeline's class at school.
We want to raise as much money as possible to help our friend Jamie!
On Wednesday 27th June 3 mums and their daughters ran 5K in York in aid of Jamie's Appeal!
Participants included
Karen Lilliman, Jemima and Madeline,
Esme Madill and Lily,
Helen Clarkson and Ella,
All 7 of us crossed the finish line with the younger members of the group showing some very impressive performances!! Lily (age 9) finished in 33 minutes and Jemima (age 9) finished in 35 minutes!
The youngest member of the group was Madeline (age 6) who finished in 50 minutes!!
Whilst the run was lots of fun, it was a BIG challenge for little legs and all for a VERY WORTHY cause! We all want to see Jamie fit and well and back with his classmates where he belongs!
Please help us to support Jamie in his fight against Neuroblastoma cancer?
Every penny raised will go to the Jamie Inglis Appeal. Please give generously.
