2017

Last year SMD employees helped raise funds for Julia's House, taking part in various events throughout the year, these included the Jurassic Coast Trek, Hospice-to-Hospice bike ride among other office based fundraising days with cakes and chocolate.

We raised over £2k for Julia's House.

2018

Sunday 10^th June, Jurassic Coast Trek

Last year a group of SMD employees undertook the Jurassic Coast Trek completing the 26 miles in just under 9hrs. It proved to be much harder for many of our staff than expected but everyone made it.  A group of staff will be going back this year to do it all again!

Sunday 8th July, The Big Ride

A group of riders will be signing up to this years event and aim to complete the 100 mile ride with time to spare for a bite of cake and a beer!

Saturday 10th November, Commando Course 

6km or 12km course complete with 21 of the toughest obstacles straight out of the Commando test book, this is the only event that can recreate the mud, sweat and pain of modern day Royal Marines Commando training.
