Smart Works Leeds mission is to help unemployed women regain the confidence they need to succeed at job interviews, return to employment and transform their lives.

We provide high quality interview clothing and interview coaching to unemployed women in need within the local community. We harness the power of clothes and confidence to allow a woman to do her best at a crucial moment in her life, giving her the confidence and self believe she needs to succeed in a job interview and transform her life.

The 5th November marks our first birthday. In just one year of opening in Leeds we have transformed the lives of over 100 women and delivered 168 appointments. Over 70% of the women we have seen have gone on to secure employment. This achievement would not be possible without support from our local community. As it costs over £500 a day to run our centre, we are very much reliant upon fundraising activities to enable us to help the women who need us the most.
