And so, on April 3rd, I'll be 'running' this great city for this great charity.

British Home supports people living with neuro-disability to live as independently and positively possible. Through care, therapy, activities and rehabilitation, its dedicated staff and volunteers offer individualised programmes that support people in achieving their goals.

Any donations you can make will both help me cover 26.2 miles of the northwest - and make a real difference to the lives of people living with neuro-disability.
