Story
Myeloma is a type of blood cancer that develops from cells in the bone marrow. Although treatment and prognosis are advancing and improving, there is currently no cure.
This has unfortunately impacted close to home and, we’ve already learned about the importance of immediate screening. The volume of new treatments that are emerging gives us, and others, greater hope. Hopefully, through raising some additional funds and turning efforts into action we can help play our small part.
I am planning to run 4x marathons across 5 weekends in October (including 1 - London - for Headway as well). The marathons are:
2 Oct: London
9 Oct: Sparkasse 3-länder
23 Oct: Lausanne
30 Oct: Lucerne
Any support is hugely appreciated and means a great deal! Additionally, fantastic to have Gammell and Conor signed up for Lucerne!
