SLATTERY Thomas

Passed away peacefully at home, with all his family by his side, on August 21 st 2018 aged 89 years.

Beloved Husband to Ellen

Much loved Father to James, Michael and Paul

Treasured Grandad to Gemma, Kate, Will, Hannah, Millie and Patrick

Adored Great Grandad to Ailla and Harvey.

Reception into Holy Cross & St Francis Catholic Church, Walmley on Tuesday 28th August 2018.

Requiem Mass to be held (at Holy Cross & St Francis Catholic Church, Walmley) on Wednesday 29 th August at 10.00am followed by the Burial within Erdington Abbey Churchyard at 11.00am.

The family would particularly like to thank the James Preston District Nurses, and the Hospice at Home nurses from the John Taylor Hospice for the kindness, care & attention.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to John Taylor Hospice.
