After many years of excuses, an intrepid team from Slaley Hall have 'volunteered' to complete the infamous 3 Peaks Challenge; to conquer Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in under 24 hours.

Everyone will know of someone who has been affected by some degree of mental health problem and Mind believe no one should face this alone by providing support, raising awareness, promoting understanding and improving services.
