Story

Chief Instructor Jacey, Yoga Teacher Lauren and Personal Trainer Jemma will be taking part in the Act Your Age Challenge to raise money for Children In Need!

Jacey will be performing 39 katas! Lauren will be performing 40 moon salutations! and Jemma will be making a guest appearance with her S&C reps!

COVID has prevented us from taking part in any face to face fundraising and events but that doesn't mean we shouldn't have some fun this Children In Need! We will be on Zoom at 1 pm on Sunday the 15th of November so why not join us!?
