Story

What is the 100 club?

During the month of July, the aim is to bring 100 people together from our location, to raise £100 each by completing 100 miles in 4 weeks; jog, cycle, walk - whatever exercise you fancy! It will mean that we will virtually raise £10,000 (without matching) for the Charitable Foundation and travel as a group 10,000 miles.

Who's in the 100 Club? Ian Gascoigne, Andy Marks, Susan Dooley, Liz Robinson & family, Jeremy Clay, Darron Childs, Shaun Whiting, David Carter, Jack Carter, Ryan Ward, Helen Wright, Vikesh Gohil, Marcel Wilson, Richard Walker, Darren Ward plus Family (300 miles between them), Adam Geddes & Family, Leckie Presley & Family, Andy Carlisle, Helen Derry, Jacqueline Sheehy, Rachel Bayliss, Lia Tyrell, Ian Bell, Jonathan Carvell, Elliot Carvell, Mark Atter, Adrian Wright, Niamh McGee, Scott Rogers, Julian Wall, David Rickards, Louise Powell, Claire Levers, Angie Nicholl

How?

An example of what your 100 weekly diary may look like:
Weekly exercise:
Monday - Walk 3 miles
Tuesday - Cycle 12 miles
Wednesday - Jog for 3 miles
Thursday - Walk for 4 miles
Friday - Jog for 3 miles

And repeat for 4 weeks!

If you want to share the load, share the 100 miles with your family or just get your kids to do it!

The Story so far:

So the Nottingham location are getting ready to start their challenge; Our leader Ian Gascoigne is enthused & ready to go! I have managed to persuade my 2 teenagers to get on their bikes to help their poor mum reach her 100 miles. Leckie Presley's 4 year old Kitty has just learned to ride a bike & has already been roped in with sister Lyla; my money is on Lyla & Kitty to be the fastest, well done both!
