As part of SJM Planning’s 10-year anniversary, we are hosting a Golf Day on the 23^rd of June 2022. We are using this opportunity to raise money for the Hospice in the Weald, as part of their Mission 2022 to help fund a hospice nurse throughout 2022.

Hospice in the Weald provides care completely free of charge to patients with a terminal illness, and those important to them, 24 hours a day, helping patients, providing physical, medical and emotional support through five Hospice services. 

We are proud to support the charity alongside our anniversary this year.
