This year, I am asking for donations for a cause that means a lot to me: Canvas Health and Stomp Out Suicide. Stomp Out Suicide was created in memory of Alissa Haines and money raised helps raise awareness of mental health issues and aid suicide prevention efforts throughout Minnesota. I hope you'll consider contributing to this great organization. Every little bit will help me reach my goal!

I myself have dealt with depression for many years and at my lowest point, thoughts of suicide did enter my brain..  My family, especially my hubby and girls are always what brings me back out of the darkness.  For that I am thankful.  My amazing brother-in-law also deals with this horrible disease so I am helping to raise funds to support him as well.  I believe we cannot be silent about mental health, depression, suicide, etc.
