Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to do something worthwhile and get fit at the same time. Some people who know me may well think that it is not possible for me to get in the kind of shape to take on such a challenge. After all I am getting old, am unfit and have not exercised for about 15 years. These are just minor details.

I am doing this with four other family members in memory of my Nephew and friend Keiran Ambrose and to raise money for Make a Wish. I think he would really have appreciated this and approved of the charity that we have chosen not to mention have a good laugh at the thought of me trying to do the Tough Mudder. 

I feel very proud that no matter how much I raise it well help someone to get their wish. So please give generously as I intend to work hard and hopefully complete the whole thing.
