<p><span style="color: #ff00ff; font-family: Verdana;">In November 2011, Tracy and Claire will take part in the 11th Women for Women Cycle Challenge. We'll be cycling 400km (thats 250 miles!) over 4.5 days through Vietnam and Cambodia to raise funds which will contribute to improving the health of women and babies. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff00ff; font-family: Verdana;">Some of you will know that we had to cancel our cycle challenge in China due to ill health (Claire's) and wedding plans (Tracy's) but we've transferred all the money we've raised so far to this next challenge. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff00ff; font-family: Verdana;">So...we'll again be donning the lycra (eeek!) for training up hill and down dale, spinning, weight lifting, baking cakes, packing bags, organising events and asking for your help to get us to our target along with coping with busy lives and hectic jobs! </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff00ff; font-family: Verdana;">The reason we have again committed to undertaking this HUGE challenge is we are now even more passionate about providing good quality health care for women and their babies. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff00ff; font-family: Verdana;">Every woman (and man) has the right to a healthy pregnancy and birth. We know so many women and families who have been affected by miscarriage, infertility, reproductive health problems and cancer. We want to keep on doing what we can to support research to prevent these devastating conditions. With up to 250 babies dying every week in the UK from complications during pregnancy, this work has never been so essential for women and babies worldwide. </span></p>

<p>Birth should be the most natural, joyous and fulfilling moment of a women’s life. Yet countless families live in the shadow of blighted pregnancy, coming to terms with the loss of a baby, or learning to cope with a child who is seriously ill or with disabilities. All too often, their misery is further compounded by science offering no answer or explanation for their plight.</p>
<p>With your help and continued support we can find solutions to alleviate and prevent families from suffering unnecessarily, allowing women to look forward to having healthy, happy children.</p>
