Medicine San Frontier (Doctors Without Borders) is my favourite charity I feel that they offer practical help and service in every corner of the world where disaster hits regardless of religion, culture, language etc. No questions asked no strings attached!! MSF is mostly Supported by volunteer nurses, doctors, technicians, farmers, carpenters etc. They perform operations in tents, deliver babies on the side of the road, go out in ships and rescue migrants from leaking rubber dingies, vaccinate whole villages in disease-preventative programmes and build wells so people have access to safe clean water.  No danger seems to stop them. There hospitals have been bombed in Syria and they have seen colleagues killed.
So that is why I am happy to do my bit for this charity and just wish I was younger when hopefully I would be generous enough to support folks whose only crime is that they were born into desperate poverty.
while I live in plenty through no merit of my own.
