Story
I have challenged myself to get fit this year!!! 🏃♀️
As I am getting closer to 40 it may actually be a mid life crisis!!! 😀
I have registered to run 2 half marathons to date, the Wrexham half in February and the Cardiff half in October. I have also registered for a few 10k races, and a trek to the summit of Snowdon before Sunrise. I am also attending an ultimate bootcamp weekend!!!🙈
There may also be a few more added throughout the year. And hopefully a few fundraising days.
I have decided to raise money for a special ward in Ysbyty Gwynedd.
4 years ago my dad was diagnosed with Grade 4 Non hodgkins lymphoma, following months of intense chemotherapy and stem cell transplant, along with weeks of being in isolation he beat this awful disease and has been in remission since.
We celebrated his 70th birthday on New Years eve.
I would be extremely grateful if you could help me by donating or sharing my page. I hope to raise as much as I can to thank Alaw ward for the amazing work they do and show our appreciation for our NHS.
Diolch. ❤️
