Rydym fel teulu yn ymuno gyda teuluoedd eraill ar draws gogledd Cymru ar prom Llandudno ar Fehefin yr 18/2022 i gerdded 2.4 milltir fel rhan o'r digwyddiad "Walk to D'feet MND! Croeso cynnes i bawb xxx
