Thanks for visiting my page. Keith & I will be cycling from London to Brighton on 19th June raising money for the British Heart Foundation. Keith lost his father, Keith, 23 years ago to a heart attack and Royston, my father, passed away 11 years ago to cardiomyopathy. As such this charity is close to our hearts.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
