When dad past away I created a bucket list of things I wanted
to do and achieve in my lifetime.

A triathlon was one of them but I kept putting it off as it
sounded too hard and just a dream.

But do you know what’s harder ? Living with a horrible disease
of Alzheimer’s and the impact it has on family and friends.

If anything this year has taught me we are all strong and we
can put our minds to anything, so I am taking on the challenge of the London Triathlon on the 7th August 2021 to raise money for Alzheimer’s UK.

Your Donation or just words of encouragement will take me
round the course and get me over the finish line hopefully in one piece.
