Story
On 13th September, I'll be attempting to cycle 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. Now I am no cyclist and have only recently got a bike more roadworthy than my rusty old runaround, so this will be quite a challenge for me. However, fear not - some gruelling spinning classes, a cycling trip along the Loire Valley (which admittedly *may* be more Tour de Vineyard than Tour de France) and some padded pants later... I'm nearly ready!
I'll be peddling my little heart out to try to raise as much as I can for the Prince's Trust. It's a really worthy cause; they do some fantastic work with disadvantaged young people across the UK, helping them to get their lives back on track, through education, employment or just confidence-building. Through my work, I've been lucky enough to hear the personal stories of a number of those people and can testify that it really does change lives. So all I need is your help. Anything you can give, however big or small, will be very much appreciated. I will certainly try my hardest to produce a Wiggins-worthy performance for the kids. Or at least to finish the course.
Thank you!
