Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

I have taken the plunge and decided to take part in a number of challenges this year. Slightly scared!!

 

The first of these is the London Brighton Cycle on 19 June which is 56 miles......yikes!! I will then go on to do the JP Morgan Chase, (5k) followed by The British 10k race in July.

 

All donations are to the British Heart Foundation who do amazing work. Please provide any support that you can.
