Hello, I'm doing the 5K Great Eastern, fun run :)

As you may know, I am 17 and I have suffered from Crohns/Colitis for two years in January, and also know a fair few people close to me out of my family and friends that also have been diagnosed with this disease. I have decided I want to raise money for the charity NACC to raise awareness, help find a cure and whatever else the money could go too, to help others with this illness. The last two years have not been very nice for me being in and out of hospital feeling very ill, having different infusions and taking alot of different medication with side affects and also alot of them not working, I am not yet in remission but hopefully it won't be too long now :) But this affects many peoples lives like it has mine so If you could donate even a small amount it would probably make a big difference! Lets try get a cure and make it more known!! Thankyou :))
