Delifresh are supporting an amazing charity called Mental
Health Matters https://www.mhm.org.uk .   MHM was established in 1984 by families
and carers in the North East to provide support and care for people they love
with complex mental health problems, so they can live life to the full.

I am part of a group of 15 Delifresh colleagues that have
decided to do something to try and raise funds and on the 10^th
September we are taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge –  26 mile up
and down dale! This is an incredible trek, but it is the first time I have
tried it at 46 years young!! But I feel ready for the challenge!
