The Key is a fantastic local charity which supports young people in difficult circumstances to find opportunities which would otherwise be completely inaccessible to them. They help to build and develop new skills, organise and lead activities or projects, and become active within their communities. 

Young people with challenging backgrounds and limited opportunities need as much help now as ever, and The Key helps to open doors to those opportunities by taking an active role in the development of their skills, confidence and experience. 

I have ran the Great North Run once before, and vowed never to do it again. Several years, many grey hairs, and very little exercise later, and I’ve changed my mind. Please sponsor me to make it worth the pain.
