I'm running the Great North Run this year and trying to raise some money for Dorothy House Hospice Care a charity in Winsley near Bath that provides help for families coping with life threatening illness.

All their care is given free of charge and so they rely entirely on fundraising efforts such as this.

So if you can spare a few quid that would be great - my knees are just about standing up to the training and so I should finish on the day !!
