I seem to have agreed to run the Great North Run and would enormously appreciate any donations.

I am running for two very worthwhile causes (The Arthritis Research Campaign and The Red Cross), with this page being for ARC.

The Arthritis Research Campaign (arc) are a charity who raise funds to promote medical research into the cause, treatment and cure of arthritic conditions. They help with all types and forms of arthritis which affect a huge number of us.
